Enhanced Goals and Objectives of The Humanitarian Foundation

Overall Objective: 

To transform and empower human lives.

1. Education for Brighter Futures and Health Promotion

   – Goal: Ensure access to quality education and health promotion for children, youth, and communities.

     – Objective 1: Expand The Humanitarian Education Department to reach more children and youth in underserved communities with comprehensive educational and health promotion programs.

     – Objective 2: Develop and implement innovative educational programs tailored to local needs and challenges, integrating health education and seminars for all age groups.

     – Objective 3: Establish partnerships with schools, community centers, and educational institutions to enhance educational and health promotion opportunities, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and well-being.

2. Nurturing Potential through Early Intervention

   – Goal: Foster talent, leadership skills, and holistic development among children and young adults.

     – Objective 1: Strengthen The Humanitarian Catch Them Young Program to engage more children and youth in positive activities, mentorship, and holistic development initiatives.

     – Objective 2: Provide training and resources to teachers and religious leaders to effectively guide and support children and youth, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

3. Promoting Sexual, Mental, and General Health and Well-being

   – Goal: Empower young people to make informed decisions about sexual, mental, and general health and relationships, promoting overall well-being.

     – Objective 1: Expand The Humanitarian Sex, Mental, and General Health Education Department (HUMSED) to reach a wider audience with comprehensive health education channels and resources.

     – Objective 2: Develop age-appropriate resources and materials for educating children, youth, and adults about sexual, mental, and general health, reproductive rights, and healthy lifestyle choices.

4. Preventing Youth Violence and Substance Abuse

   – Goal: Reduce youth violence and substance abuse in communities, promoting peaceful and healthy environments.

     – Objective 1: Strengthen The Humanitarian Department for Youth Violence and Substance Abuse (HUMDYVADA) with targeted interventions, awareness campaigns, and community-based initiatives.

     – Objective 2: Provide counseling, rehabilitation, and support services to youth affected by violence and substance abuse, promoting resilience, healing, and positive coping strategies.

5. Creating Self-Reliance and Empowerment

   – Goal: Empower individuals with skills and resources for self-reliance, economic independence, and sustainable livelihoods.

     – Objective 1: Expand The Humanitarian Skill Acquisition and Empowerment Programs to offer diverse vocational training, entrepreneurship opportunities, and life skills development.

     – Objective 2: Facilitate access to microfinance and business support services for program participants to start and sustain their own businesses, promoting economic empowerment and community development.

6. Alleviating Poverty and Homelessness

   – Goal: Address poverty and homelessness among vulnerable populations, promoting social inclusion and dignity for all.

     – Objective 1: Strengthen The Humanitarian Feeding and Clothing Support Program to reach more homeless and destitute individuals with essential resources, support, and pathways to stability.

     – Objective 2: Advocate for policies and programs that address the root causes of poverty and homelessness at local and national levels, promoting systemic change and social justice.

7. Advocating for Human Rights and Security

– Goal: Promote human rights, dignity, and security for all individuals and communities.

     – Objective 1: Raise awareness about human rights issues and advocate for the protection of rights, freedoms, and safety of vulnerable populations.

     – Objective 2: Collaborate with government agencies, civil society organizations, and stakeholders to strengthen human rights protections and promote peace, justice, and equality.

8. Providing Essential Support through Feeding and Clothing Programs

   – Goal: Address immediate needs and promote dignity through the provision of essential support services.

     – Objective 1: Ensure regular and reliable delivery of food, clothing, and essential supplies to homeless and vulnerable individuals through The Humanitarian Feeding and Clothing Support Program.

     – Objective 2: Enhance coordination and collaboration with local partners and community organizations to optimize the impact and reach of feeding and clothing support initiatives.
